1. Information We Collect

When you register for Sacred Reunion Live, we collect:

  • Contact details you provide: name, email address, phone number, city, state, and country.
  • Account credentials: a password for your participant portal (stored only as a secure cryptographic hash).
  • Registration details: the experience chosen, referral and marketing source, and any promotional code used.
  • Payment records: amounts due and paid, transaction references, and refund history. Full card numbers are never stored on our systems; card payments are handled by our payment processor.
  • Participation records: attendance, session participation, testimonial submissions, support requests, and consent choices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your participant account and portal access.
  • Process registration, payments, refunds, and waitlist placement.
  • Deliver event access links, session reminders, announcements, replays, and resources.
  • Respond to your support requests.
  • Send event updates and marketing messages — only if you have consented, and you may opt out at any time.
  • Understand how people find the event (for example, which email or campaign brought you to registration).
  • Keep the event secure, prevent unauthorized access sharing, and maintain required business records.

3. Recording Consent

Sessions are recorded and your image, voice, and chat messages may appear in recordings used as replays or in future event promotion. You give this consent during registration and may withdraw it by contacting our support team; we will make reasonable efforts to honor withdrawal, though recordings already published may not be able to be edited.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the event, each bound to protect it:

  • A payment processor to handle card transactions securely.
  • An email and messaging platform to send registration, event, and marketing communications.
  • A video conferencing and streaming provider to host live sessions and the Viewing Room.
  • Our hosting and database provider, which stores participant records on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the safety of participants and the integrity of the event.

5. Data Retention

We keep your registration and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the event, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Support and testimonial records are kept for as long as they remain useful to the event team.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw marketing or recording consent at any time. Submit a request through the support section of your participant portal or email the event team at Sogtgrip@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EEA, UK, or California), you may also have the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your local authority.

7. Security

We protect your information using encrypted connections, access controls, and role-based permissions so that only authorized team members can view participant records. Session and stream links are private to registered participants. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard your data.

8. Cookies & Analytics

Your participant portal uses browser storage strictly to keep you signed in. We use privacy-respecting link tracking (such as campaign parameters in registration links) to understand which channels bring participants to the event. We do not run advertising trackers on event pages.

9. Children

Sacred Reunion Live is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us and we will remove their record.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the event and our service providers evolve. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes will be announced to registered participants.
